You’ll immediately get their information sent to you via email and added to your Leads Dashboard where you can rate and categorize your leads, add notes, view contact info, and more. You can then follow up with the lead to view their home and provide your professional estimate of its value.

Your Home Value Leads Tool is designed to work and look great on any device so you can capture seller leads from tablets, phones, and desktop computers.
How does Home Value Leads Tool get added to my Facebook business page?
After you purchase, you’ll be directed to our app to complete setup. In this process, you’ll be asked to grant our Facebook app permission to post to your business pages, select the page(s) where you’d like your promotional posts to appear, and select your posting frequency.
We recommend you “Pin” a promotional post to the top of your Facebook Business page for easy access, and set up your “Call to Action” button to go to your Home Value Landing Page.
If you’ve purchased this service and need to get set up, make sure you’re logged into your personal Facebook profile (this is how our app identifies your Agent Profile and subscriptions) and click here. Click here to see a video of the setup process.
If your Facebook Business page has 2000 likes or more, contact us to add a custom tab that is visible when viewing your page from desktops and laptops at [email protected] or (904) 549-7600. Custom tabs are not visible on the mobile version of Facebook.
Can Home Value Leads Tool Be added to multiple pages?
Yes. You can add the Home Value Leads Tool Promotional Posts to as many Facebook Business pages as you want at no extra cost to you. You can also set the Call to Action button to go to your Home Value Landing Page from as many Facebook Business pages as you would like.
Do I get to keep my leads if I cancel?
If you cancel, you’ll still have access to all of your leads. We’ll never share or sell your leads to anyone else. You can access your Leads Dashboard here.
I entered my contact info on my landing page and nothing happened. Why isn't it working?
You will not be able to “test” the service by entering information on your own Home Value Leads Tool. Our system recognizes you as an “agent” (because you are a member of the Real Estate Agent Directory), and will not provide your information back to you as a lead. If you want to test the system, have a friend or family member who is not in real estate enter their information in an incognito browser.
How do I change how often Home Value Leads Tool posts, or the page(s) where it posts?
You can select which pages get promotional posts for Home Value Leads Tool and/or remove pages from your list, as well as change how often Home Value Leads Tool posts, using the following steps.
- Make sure you’re logged into your personal Facebook profile – this is how our app identifies your Agent Profile and subscriptions.
- Click here and make sure you select the “Login with Facebook” option if prompted. Do not select the email login option.

I followed the setup instructions, but nothing has changed on my business page.
Your Home Value Leads Tool promotional posts are posted automatically every 6-8 days (up to 4 times/month), between 6AM and 10PM EST. Because these posts occur at random, there is no way to determine precisely when your posts will occur.
Typically, the first Home Value Leads Tool promotional post occurs within 72 hours of finalizing setup, but this is not guaranteed to occur. In the meantime, you can make your own post promoting your Home Value site, which will be similar to www.homeasap.com/yournamehere/homevalue. The “yournamehere” portion of the site is customizable in your agent profile. If you are unable to locate your personal Home ASAP URL, contact us for assistance.
Keep an eye on your email – all HomeASAP LLC services that have an automatic posting feature receive a Post Confirmation email with every successful post.These Post Confirmation emails are a verification and receipt of posts for any automatic posting service and are sent to the email address on file in your READ Agent Profile.

The promotional posts don’t look like homes in my area. Can I change that or preview the posts before they appear?
Currently, the promotional posts included with Home Value Leads Tool are selected at random by our automated posting program and custom promotional posts are not available at this time. This is a feature we hope to add in the future, though an ETA is not available at this time.
While you are not able to preview the posts before they appear, you will receive an email at the email address associated with your Agent Profile every time a new promotional post is made to your business page which includes an image of the post, as well as links to see it on your page, delete it, share it, etc.
You can always make your own post for your page, using your own content and the wording that was provided in the promotional post.
How can I make sure the Home Value Leads Tool is visible on my page?
Pin a post to the top of your business page
We highly encourage our Home Value Leads Tool subscribers to pin a promotional post to the top of their Facebook business page. This will keep the post at the top of your page, making sure it’s seen by all visitors. Facebook instructions and info on pinned posts can be found here.
Make your own promotional posts
Check out our sample page and feel free to download any of the “How Much Is Your Home Worth?” images there to use to create your own promotional posts. You can even sit down and spend some time creating several posts, then schedule them to appear at whatever interval you’d like via Facebook’s scheduling feature – more info is here if you’re curious!
Set up your Call to Action button
A great way to make your Home Value Leads Tool accessible directly from your Facebook business page is by configuring your Call to Action button to direct to your Home Value Leads Tool tool.
If you aren’t currently using your “Call to Action” button, or have it set to direct to information that’s accessible elsewhere on your Facebook business page and/or Agent Profile, you may want to configure your “Call to Action” button to direct to your Home Value Leads Tool tool. In addition to providing a point of access for your Home Value Leads Tool, Facebook provides you with tracking metrics on how often your call to action button is being used – so you may gain some additional insights as well.

What can I do to get more seller leads with Home Value Leads Tool?
Share your posts
You may also want to share your promotional posts to your personal Facebook profile or anywhere else you feel they may be welcome and helpful. You can share them in the same manner as you’d share anything else you found or posted on Facebook, but you may need to update where you’d like the post to appear within the dialog box. If needed, more info on sharing posts on Facebook can be found here.
One caution – be careful not to overshare the posts! It’s easy for your friends to zone out and gloss over your promo posts if they’re seeing them more than twice a week or so. Ultimately, it’s up to you!
Include the link to your page (it looks like www.homeasap.com/yournamehere/homevalue) in your Farming materials (more information below). You will want to remind people frequently that you are a wonderful resource for Real Estate Information!
The promotional posts only reach people who are following your page, and Facebook’s algorithm means that not all of them will see the posts. If you Boost the posts through Home ASAP or through Facebook, it will reach more potential new customers and hopefully generate more leads!

How can I use Home Value Leads Tool in my farming materials?
Include the links to your Home Value website in all of your promotional materials (business cards, emails, website, flyers, etc.), and remind people they can request a CMA from there.
Include the links to the following for more exposure:
- Your email signatures
- Your business cards
- Any flyers or other promotional material
- Your profiles on other social media accounts
- Posts on other social media accounts
- Websites or anywhere else applicable

Can I customize Home Value Leads Tool Website?
At this time, the Home Value Tool Website is based on a template and is not customizable. The background photos do rotate though so there should be something for everyone to like!
The information I received said one price, but I was charged a different price?
Sometimes the coupon or promotional codes do not apply properly at checkout. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or call (904) 549-7586 and we can assist with verifying your charges and ensuring your discount is applied.
Also – our “service confirmation” emails tend to reflect the recurring annual rate, not your promotional rate for your first year, so double-check your financial statement as well.
How do I update my billing information?

To cancel service, please contact us at [email protected] or call 904-549-7600 Option 1 (M-F 9am-5pm EST). We will request your reason for canceling, as we continuously seek to improve our products to best meet the needs of our customers. Your feedback is not necessary or required for cancellation, but we do value your opinion about our services.
We have a variety of services available, if the Home Value Leads Tool is not a great fit, hopefully, something else is! We can apply your payment to another product if you’d like.
Note that we are a small company, it can take up to 5-7 business days to receive a response to your request – keep an eye on your email!
